What’s Not-Included:

 

  • Your round-trip airfare from home to Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), also known as San Jose International Airport

  • Other non-included items would include optional excursions, souvenir shopping, personal phone calls, extra spa services, taxis, and laundry.

  • Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance

  • You MUST have a valid passport to travel to Costa Rica, It's expiration must be later than 30 days after your return date.

 

Cancelation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $497 USD deposit. Any cancellation made prior to 60 days of event will be refunded 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after June 26th, 2025 will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
