Our goal is for you to feel completely cared for during your time with us, and that includes your meals. We thoughtfully prepare our menu with a variety of nourishing options and will do our best to accommodate common dietary restrictions and allergies, with meals and ingredients clearly labeled. For severe or highly specific food allergies, we recommend a personal conversation to ensure your well-being. We may also suggest you bring some of your own food items to supplement the menu, guaranteeing that you feel completely safe and nourished throughout the retreat.
