I hold a Master's in Human Resources Development and spent 20 years in corporate HR and Training, plus I've owned retail and direct sales businesses. This means I bring a strategic, grounded, and organized approach to helping you find clarity and transform your life.

When I'm not coaching incredible women, I'm a Colorado girl at heart, living in the Carbon Valley area with my wonderful husband Parker and our pooch Perry. Our two grown kids, Parker Jr. and Gillian, are out conquering the world. I love being active—you can find me paddleboarding, hiking 14'ers (yes, I've summited Longs Peak!), or most recently, out on the court enjoying a game of pickleball!
