You MUST have a valid passport to travel to Costa Rica, it's expiration must be later than 30 days after your return date.

Cancelation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $497 USD deposit. Any cancellation made prior to 90 days of event will be refunded 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after February 13th, 2026 will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
